Squats are a fundamental movement that work your legs and core. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, bend your knees and hips like you’re sitting down in a chair, until your thighs are parallel to the floor. Push back up to the starting position. Aim for higher reps, like 20-50 squats.

Grab the bar with an overhand grip, hang from the bar with arms extended and pull yourself up until your chin passes the bar. Lower yourself back down with control. If you can’t do a full pull-up yet, use a band for assistance or do ring rows.
